Introduction

Introduction to the special adhesive tape for cutting MLCC (Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors) with reduced viscosity at room temperature, developed and produced by Depin Packaging Materials Co., Ltd.:

1. No viscosity at room temperature

2. Usage:

① Peel off the release film

② Place the membrane on the heating plate and heat it to 55-60℃

③ Place the product on the film and gently roll it back and forth with a rubber roller for 2-3 times

④ Place the pasted product in a temperature-controlled area between 60-90℃ for operation

After the operation is completed, place it in a room temperature area and allow it to cool down to below 25℃ before peeling. Normally place it at room temperature for the peeling operation

※ This tape can be heated and used repeatedly
