Digital UV printing adhesive film - cold lamination (crystal label)
-
Introduction
Crystal labels, also known as UV transfer stickers, are created by using a UV flatbed printer to spray-print layers of white ink and varnish onto a self-adhesive crystal film. Then, a transfer sticker is applied, and finally, the pattern is transferred onto the surface of the item using the sticker.
The crystal label can be pasted as desired, and it is easy to use as it can be torn off and used immediately, which solves the problem of irregular shapes in spray printing.01The craftsmanship of crystal markers(1) Crystal labels, also known as UV transfer stickers, are suitable for printing on glossy UV machines;(2) The crystal label is divided into A and B films, with A film being printed first;(3) Fix the laid A film on the flat plate with tape to prevent the edges from lifting and scratching the printer nozzle;(4) After printing the A film, overlay it with the B film and cut. First, peel off the base film of the A film and stick it onto the surface of the object. Then, peel off the B film, and the production is complete;(5) In addition to its excellent graphic effect, crystal also boasts advantages such as leaving behind graphics after film removal, scratch resistance, weather resistance, easy adhesion, environmental friendliness, good 3D texture, waterproof and wear-resistant properties, vibrant colors, and a wide range of applications.02Suitable material for crystal(1) It is recommended that crystal labels be affixed to hard and smooth surface materials, such as packaging boxes, tea cans, paper cups, notebooks, iron cans, aluminum boxes, plastics, stainless steel, and ceramics.(2) It is not recommended to affix it to items made of soft materials, such as cloth, leather, silicone, tempered glass, glazed ceramics, or rough frosted product surfaces. Although it can be affixed, its firmness and durability will be significantly reduced.03Service life of crystal stickersIt is necessary to consider the material to which the crystal label is attached and the new environment it is in. If the crystal label is attached to a hard and smooth surface material and is in an indoor normal temperature environment, theoretically, it can be used for a long time;If it is exposed to outdoor sunshine, rain, long-term friction, or high-temperature water (such as tableware and hot cups), there is a risk of peeling and cracking during cleaning and heating, and the firmness and durability will be reduced.Note: If the crystal label is pasted on a soft surface, the duration of its attachment will be shortened, and it may even become a disposable label.04Which industries are crystal labels applicable toThe industries where crystal labels are most widely used should be the packaging and gift industry, as well as for company logo identification, followed by the application of stickers on personal items such as household water cups. The Last:Digital UV printing adhesive film - hot sticker (hot melt adhesive)
